Here's an excerpt from "Living By The Truth"

God tells us that Satan is in the business of division. What are Denominations, except, division? We know that Satan divides, so why do we denominate? If we examine the word denomination we will see that by replacing the n with the m and taking out the letter i, you will have demonnations. By denominating, Satan divides one against the other, and what you will have are churches under the authority and influence of the devil. There's one way, one truth, and one life. If we have all sorts of denominations how can we be of one body in Christ? In order for us to stand together, we must be on one accord together. The bible says that how can two walk together except they agree. If one is a Baptist and another is a Pentecostal, then this means that there is a disagreement somewhere. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Ephesians 4:4-6
The bible states that those who divide themselves into Baptist, Pentecostal and others, are carnal. Read: I have fed you with milk, and not for meat: for you were not able to bear it, neither yet now are you able. For you are yet carnal; for among you there are envying, and strife, and divisions, are you not carnal, and walk as men?1 Corinthians 3:2-3
When we are carnal, it means that we have no real understanding of what's right and what's wrong concerning spiritual things. When we don't understand that it is Satan's pleasure that we divide ourselves against ourselves, we are carnal. We know that the bible teaches that a kingdom divided against itself, can not stand. Does the church look like it is standing, or does it look like it's falling? By saying one is a Baptist, and another is a Pentecostal, we are creating a separation and a division that says, I have a way, and you have a way, yet the bible clearly states that there is only one way, one truth, and one life. Does this mean that somebody's way is wrong? Yes it does. Now if there is only one way, then that means that many are going the wrong way; they are off in a direction that is not leading them into the kingdom of heaven. If we are divided in any sense of the word, this signifies that we are not going in the same direction. When people are on a hunt for
something, and they would say lets split up, you go that way and I'll go this way, now even though everybody is off in different directions, they are all searching for the same thing, but only one person is going to find it. In order for us to find what we are looking for, we must all go in the same direction, we must all look together, walking the same way, and searching for the same thing. For all those that have accepted the Lord as their savior, must walk that same narrow road to find the righteousness that is going to lead them into the
kingdom of their God. The devil loves it when you can look on every corner and see a church that is Pentecostal, another is Baptist, Episcopal, catholic or other. The devil knows that in our hearts we are divided, and this is pleasing in his sight. If Satan can accomplish dividing us in any way, it's alright with him. It doesn't matter how
big or how small; for any little division will have an impact on us all. For while one say that I am of Paul, and another say I am of Apollos, are you not carnal? Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
2 Corinthians 3:4-5 What
God gave to Paul for the ministry, he also gave to Apollos, but the people
being carnal, had no understanding that Paul and Apollos was on the same
team, with the same will and with the same purpose for the kingdom of God.
I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase, so that
neither is he that plants is anything, neither is he that waters is anything, but the
God that gives the increase, he is the one. Now he that plants and he that
waters is one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his
own labor. For we are laborers together with God: you are God's husbandry,
you are God's building. According to the grace of God which is given unto me,
as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds upon
it, but let every man take heed as to how he builds upon that foundation. For there
is no other foundation that any man can lay, other than that which is laid by Christ.

2 Corinthians 3:6-11
